At Kodak Photo Plus, we want you to be completely satisfied with your imaging and electronics gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for most products in their original packaging. If your purchase doesn't meet your creative needs, our streamlined process ensures a quick resolution or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the electronics in their original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your shipping box, covering any previous tracking barcodes.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our technicians inspect the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
